ugh! i can't believer the summer is almost over! we have been so busy, especially the last week and a half. last tuesday, mom, sis and i packed up a truck and headed to lynchburg to get carissa settled into school. the liberty campus is beautiful! we got all of her stuff moved into her apartment, picked up her books, attempted to get the computer working, had our hotel cancelled on us, and did some major shopping excursions all in two days. we had a great time and she definitely feels like she's at home there - she actually probably has more room at school than she did at home! :)
i got home wednesday night, LATE. then, nate and i headed up to D.C. to see brother jon and liz for the weekend. we had a great time hanging out and we went to a g-love and special sauce concert friday evening.
monday was a busy day trying to catch up from being "out" the week prior and then yesterday, we went with some friends back up to the D.C. area to shop at ikea. we had a great time, got back late, and are looking at another busy week. all the busyness is really good though - lots of exciting things starting up with the fall. trey is all signed up for baseball, dr appointments and dental appointments are scheduled and school starts on the 2nd for BOTH boys! whew, i'm getting tired just typing all this stuff! :) life is GOOD! PTL!!!
