today this handsome fella is 9! he stayed up until 12:01 last night, counting down the seconds. in true trey-form he was so excited. this boy amazes us everyday - he is one of the craziest kids we know, but he is also so tender and loving. he is outrageously funny, super outgoing, has a huge heart for people and the best part of all those qualities is he uses them to share his mad LOVE for jesus. and while he's learning that there are times when he needs to "rein it in" a bit, for the most part we sit back, laugh until we cry, and excitedly wait to see how the lord is going to continue to use this firecracker of a boy!
trey, we are so happy that god blessed us with you! even in a very difficult start to your life, you were a fighter! you are a strong, confident, smart boy. you have a contagious positive attitude about things; we love how you always find the good side in a situation. we love you, jesus loves you and we are so grateful that you love him! happy birthday treyboy!
