so some of you, although i will NEVER understand why, are probably wanting to know what this pickle ball stuff is all about. well, it's become quite the phenominon around these parts. our worship pastor, mark, has managed to single-handedly get many of the guys (and a couple gals) from church to jump on the pickle ball bandwagon - personally, i believe that he is quite proud of his accomplishment! even brother jon has gotten hooked. last thursday, nate and mark competed in an ALL DAY pickle ball tournament. this award-winning action shot was taken while mr. carl was showing off his stuff on the court that day. believe me, if you're really interested in the game, nate would LOVE to tell you AAALLLLLL about it. there is even a pickle ball website - www.usapa.org - seriously!
